tips fotografie gelnagels/handen

model/vriendin van me heeft nagelstudio.
ze zou paneel willen laten maken voor haar studio.
foto met nadruk op gelnagel/bewerkte nagel.
iemand ervaring of tips hiermee ? waar te nemen best ? zowiezo in een studio.
bedoeling is met max 100 iso te werken. ruis is uit den boze.
concept weet ik genoeg. vooral technische kant baart me 'zorgen'.

Very simple setup with softbox and reflector panels. We're working on some more exotic setups too.

Sure it can, although getting the hard highlights will be more difficult I think. I would suggest a good window position, sit at a table with her hands on the table for comfort, then use some reflectors to control the light , Thick A4 paper is usually enough to fill the shadows. To get the good reflections, make sure the nails are well polished, then maybe a very thin wipe of body oil on the nails so they are a little wet and pick up the light better.
Maybe try using another piece of white paper above the hands to really control the highlights. I would suggest using a tripod too.
I used my Tamron 28-75 for the shots I've done so far, it's very good at focusing close to the hands.
