Just a heads-up to anyone planning to order here...
It seems a worrying current trend for web-shops to take a long time to reply to mails or orders.
I'm not into blackening people's names at all, but I've very mixed experience with this supplier..
D2X battery ordered and delivered quickly. Great.. !
Battery doesn't fit into charger.. D2X or D2Xs.. Oops.
Mailed the people, no reply for a week.
Forgot a bit about it, then mailed again about a week later. No reply.
3rd mail left at the end of last week. Yeps, no reply.
So, thought I'd give them a friendly call, you know... Doh! Can't find a phone nr. on the site. Fax, yes..
Silly me, should have checked all that beforehand of course.
Anyway, to cut a short story long, I've had a good look at the battery and "modded" it a little to fit.
I'm cool about that, no prob. Just a little bit irritated that some people are quick to take money, slow or non-existent to follow-up. Of course, that goes for retail shops as well as online, just that pretty much all online shops want money first. Something I never do when buying retail.
I'm sure there are plenty of happy customers, just this one is left with a bit of a sour taste from my experience.
