Ok, I was hoping to use a cheap body for the experiment and prototype I'm working on but the controller software won't woth with anything under a D90..
Not even my D2x is supported.
It looks like I'll have to build the prototype around my D3 and then buy a D90 or D5000 as the cheapest solution.
