I’m selling because I’m moving on to motion graphics and I want a good video camera.
It’s great for serious amateurs who want a very good but affordable camera.
I’ve had tons of fun with this camera. It travelled to all continents with me and gave me amazing pictures as souvenirs.
What I like about it:
The intervall shooting mode: Allows you to take a picture every second, creating stop motion animations (here is one I made with this camera: http://www.arnaudvdc.com/blog/?p=145 )
Bracketing: Allows you to take up to 7 continuous pictures, you can than edit them into HDR (High Dynamic Range) Photos (Here is one I made with this camera http://bit.ly/hoF16R)
It’s speed: You can take up to 7 pictures in 1 second!
It’s robustness: It feels and is very solid, and is even water resistant (not waterproof) great for when it’s raining.
Long exposures: You can take pictures that last 30seconds (or more) long. This allows you to take beautiful night shots, or you can just play with light (Here is one I made with this camera http://bit.ly/e8pzHP )
The Battery: When I travel with it the battery can last up to 5 days while being constantly on!
Includes: Nikon D300 Shoulder strap, plastic LCD protection, lens, power supplier, 1 standard battery, USB cable
