Exchange SIgma 15mm F2.8 Fisheye with Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 EX DG HSM APOMacro

I have here 1x Sigma 15mm F2.8 Fisheye (Canon Mount) that i would like to change it with 1x Sigma 70-200mm F2.8 EX DG HSM APOMacro!
The lens are in a perfect shape no scratches no nothing !
Interested also in a change with : Canon 24 - 105 F 4 + 150 Euros from my part or with 24 - 70 F2.8 + 250 eurros from my part !
