Why would I sell such an amazing piece of optical craftsmanship?
It's simple. I rushed out and bought the Nikon 24-70mm to fit the D3, assuming that the Tamron wouldn't cope. I was wrong.
I thought I'd keep it anyway to use on one of the other bodies, but in reality it's sitting on my desk doing nothing
Of course, it's in tip-top condition, with both caps but no box.
Horror stories of build quality are proved wrong by this fine example.
So.. It can change hands.
