Te koop : Canon 10D

Sorry, I'll have to write this in English... (sorry om niet goed nederlands te spreken !)

I'm selling a Canon 10D body.
7000 pictures taken...

It's in good condition.
Except for one little thing... It has a small amount of hot pixels.
Nothing very serious, takes 5 sec. to fix it with Photoshop.

If needed, I can post a picture to show you what it looks like.

Anyway, I'm selling this for 350 euros.
And you get an extra battery (the original + a Duracell one)

I still have the original box.

I live in Brussels and prefer not to ship the camera.
So you'll have to pick it up...

Ok, maybe you should post a picture to show the "hot pixels".
A little to expensive maybe yes.

Somewere over here i read that canon has a system to 'eliminate' those hot pixels by remapping. That would happen if you use the ccd cleaning mode (before i tought it just opened the shutter so you can reach the sensor) and i don't know if the 10D has this feature, but you could try.

Please let us know if it works, not that i have this problem, but it would be good to know...

If it doesn't work hey can propably do this at a service center, or program the downloadsoftware on your pc to do this, it will save you lots of PS time.

Straight from the camera... Can you see a problem ?
I can't !

Look at the right wheel.

Look at the right side of the door.

My guess is that heat causes those hot pixels. Anyway, it's quite normal for a 3 years old camera.

350 euros ! It's a good price... Great as a backup camera !

Hello,
can you do this test to show the hot pixels:
make a picture with the lid on the lenze, 800 ISO and 30 sec opening ?
And post that picture?
