als asperges uit de grond
ze lijken in hun nopjes
badend zo gezond
rietstengels fris omhoog
weerkaatsen in het stille water
omringd door oppervlakteboog
het lijkt amateurtheater
bewegingsloos
als een grote massa
kijkend ademloos
naar gevechten in Mombassa
een foto kan zo bedriegen
je interpreteert en kijkt ernaar
ook om jezelf te beliegen
dat is wat ik ervaar!
