Sure, I could have used a bit more PS, I see that as well as anyone else. I didn't.
I could have smoothed the lips out too, but I didn't. I stopped myself because that's the look we wanted in this photo.
The tight framing, (not crop) was the risky bit, for me it worked because it's more an illustrative image, eye detail, cheek blusher, lips, profile and general feel.
I know people have worded their comments carefully here, I really do appreciate all the observations, but please remember...
