Deze oplossing lijkt te werken:
- Register: then go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" > "Software" > "Adobe" > "Photoshop" > "120.0" (If you're using Photoshop CC 2018)
- Here Right-Click on the "120.0" folder and go to "New..." then choose "DWORD (32-bit) Value"
- When you want to type a name for the newly added item exactly copy-paste the following name:
OverridePhysicalMemoryMB
- After creating the mentioned item, Right-Click on it and select "Modify..."
- In the opened window, firstly make sure that Hexadecimal is active and then enter "2400" as the Value data.
Done!

Mijn probleem is ook opgelost met dank aan de PCman.
Als je physical memory overide mb googelt vind je YouTube filmpjes met de nodige uitleg.

Uiteindelijk is mijn probleem opgelost door...ram geheugen bij te steken. Er zit nu 12 gb ram in en alles werkt naar behoren.....iedereen bedankt om te reageren en te helpen ! Bleek ook dat er soms te veel programma's in de achtergrond mee draaiden en nogal wat geheugen opeisten. Blijft allemaal chinees voor mij...
