Where do you buy lenses in Belgium?

Hi there,

I'm Tytus, I'm based in Brussels and I'm a fun of photography.
Regretfully I cannot actively participate in this forum, I do not speak Dutch but I would like to ask you one question I couldn't find an answer to on English spoken forums.

I would like to buy a few new lenses for my Eos 300D and I was wondering whether there is a good shop (decent prices) in Brussels/Belgium with Canon and Sigma lenses?

I know that it's best to go to Germany or Netherlands, or to buy through one of the German or Dutch online shop but if the prices in the shop in Belgium were close to the ones in NL or DE I could benefit from the tax deduction (which I am entitled to) and paid more or less the same price.

I would appreciate any tips in this regard.

You could try www.sdcard.be, which is based near Mechelen.

Near Antwerp, you have Metrofoto in Berchem and Foto Degreef in Edegem.

Or you can buy used via this forum off course, lots of good deals to find here

Have you tried purchases through ebay.be? There's one guy from Hong Kong who has incredible prices for everything he is selling (e.g. Sigma 100-300/4 APO IF - 625 euro, Sigma 500 DG Super flash - 185 euro)

I was in Singapore this summer. Should have made some shopping...prices there are lower than in the US...
