Ik volg ook aandachtig dit topic.
Flitsfotografie vind ik nog altijd het moeilijkste op fotografie gebied.

Buiten de normale camera instellingen komen er zoveel instellingen bij...
Het is dan de kunst om de beste eruit te zoeken.

Het resultaat is dan helaas ook niet altijd zoals ik verwacht had.

Vrienden,

het zou een goed idee zijn om een heel uitgebreid onderwerp te richten aan het gebruik van externe flitsers. Ik voel dat ik niet het maximaal haal uit m'n eigen flitser, de 580EX. De dunne manual legt alles wel uit, maar toch ontbreekt heel wat informatie. ( http://eosdoc.com/manuals/?q=580EX* )
Jullie hebben de expertise, en dat is een stuk interessanter.

Ik stel voor dat iedereen wat instellingen opschrijft, bij welke licht-omstandigheden stel je wat precies in, hoe, wanneer, ... Waar dient de omnibounce voor... Waarvoor dient de onder -of overbelichtingsmodus op de flitser zelf? Hoe stel je enkel de assist light in, maar niet de flitser zelf (om makkelijker scherp te stellen).... Menu voorstellen met verschillende functies. Wat stel je in als je overdag de schaduwen wil inflitsen, zodat je amper ziet dat er geflitst werd (lichte flits)? Welke instellingen voor mode-portret in de studio... Wanneer richt je best horizontaal of verticaal? Wanneer gebruik je de diffusor? Heel wat voer dus om mee te beginnen.... Andere uitleg is ook welkom. :-)

Ik zie dat er hier totnogtoe nog niet veel concreets uit de bus is gekomen ;
Heb net mijn 550ex vervangen door een 580ex omdat ik niet tevreden was met mijn invulflits maar ik verwacht ook van deze 580 geen mirakels.
Naar de artikels die ik er totnogtoe over las zou je minstens 3 handen moeten hebben om de knopjes te bedienen op de camera en ja , als het echt te ingewikkeld word dan gaat dit ten koste van de spontaniteit van je model.

Me dunkt dat je met de strobist site weken zoet bent, ik heb daar enorm veel opgestoken qua flitsen. Vooral over draadloos flitsen.

Ivm invulflitsen heb ik hier nog een interessante link ivm een doe het zelf diffusor. Ik heb hem ook gemaakt en de invulflits is plots veel zachter.

Ook een zeer leerzaam stukje over ETTL2 in combinatie met meerdere speedlites vind je hieronder, daar wordt uit de doeken gedaan wat je allemaal kan instellen op je 580EX om de slaves individueel aan te sturen.

I very much support the idea of your educating people about lighting. But please, respect my site's name enough to refrain from creating other "Strobist" sites, or designing and selling "Strobist" gear, or creating "Strobist" contests. This confuses people into thinking that we are associated when, in fact, we are not. You are a photographer. Be creative. If you are going to trade on a name, think of your own name. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Optional, but highly encouraged (and great karma:) 6. Post a picture? Leave a comment. met aandacht lees ik in elk geval deze topic, ik ben zelf in overweging om de 580 aan te schaffen dus alle flits tips zijn meer dan welkom
