Following the receipt of a) the original entry form fully and correctly filled out and b) photocopy of the proof-of-purchase for an EOS 300D camera copy of cash register receipt plus c) original barcode of EOS 300D box. Canon will send you a €100 cheque or wire (or the equivalent in your local currency). For consumers in Spain, only cheques are available.
For participants in all other countries, Canon will wire deposit the money directly into your bank account (provided all above bank details are correct and complete) should you have chosen that option. Local bank charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the consumer. If you fill in the correct IBAN number, bank name and Bank City, no additional bank details are necessary.
The promotion will run from 15.10.04 to 31.01.05. Last postmark date will be 28.02.05.
The offer is only valid only for the EOS 300D and the product should be purchased in the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Ireland or Luxembourg. The offer can only be applied when resident of a country in the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Switzerland, but as mentioned above the product needs to be purchased by the end-user in one of the countries above.
Responsibility will not be accepted for misdirected, delayed or lost mail. Applications by e-mail will not be honoured.

a) Automatic email will be sent to inform receipt of application form. b) Upon receipt of the entry form, proof of purchase and barcode on EOS 300D you will receive either a mail to inform you we are missing specific data to process payment or a confirmation e-mail with confirmation number to check the website on the order status. c) Upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail with confirmation of order number you will receive the payment within 15 working days.
