  • Photoshop unknown indication

    Hello,
    Recently; a new indication appeared on each NEW file.
    It's wasn't there before.
    It's always a '1' and a symbol like 'email ??'
    It's only visible when working on the file.
    In the final -jpg-file; it's NOT visible.

    What's it doing ?
    How can i remove it ?

    Thanks

    it isn't visible in any file, it is a 'slice'. It is used to cut up images very fast.

    In your case there's only one slice, so you can't notice, except that the 1-mark is in the left-upper-corner.

    I don't really know how you can get rid of it, cause obviously there's something wrong with your PS-settings is this happens with every file.

    Try 'Help'
    ToM.___ //Fuji s602.
    www.fuguforce.com ::::: www.imagomedia.be
    It goes to 11 you know? 1 louder.

      Hello,

      Thanks;
      You helped me out by referring to "slices".
      I had absolutely no idea what it was.

      To remove this indication; it was in the help-file.
      To show or hide slices:
      Do one of the following:
      Choose View > Show > Slices.

      Thanks
