Ik wil enkel waarschuwen voor fraudepraktijken op het internet.
Vele van jullie zullen wel "eens" handelen via Ebay.
Doe geen zaken via een truehandservice die U wordt voorgesteld door de koper zelf.
Ik wil geen specifieke namen noemen, doch ziehier de volgende link

Zoals je kan lezen worden de mensen opgelicht voor duizenden euros.
Ik zelf was ook het slachtoffer, en wil jullie enkel waarschuwen.
Sorry Administrator als dit topic misschien niet in de juiste afdeling staat, doch wil hiermee zoveel mogelijk mensen waarschuwen.

Op die site komen de "fraudeurs" dus gewoon de gedupeerden uitlachen, en feit is, ze hebben gelijk, ge kunt wienig tot niks doen.....

Op www.2dehands.be biedt er ook iemand Canon toestellen aan tegen een lage prijs (oa Powershot Pro1 tegen 400Euro).
Als woonplaats staat er Leuven maar als je een mail stuurt krijg je volgend antwoord:

Dear sir,

I'm from UK but i can send it to you from here by UPS
and i will pay all the taxes for the delivery.
I will tell you how we will do this deal , if you are
agree:

1. I will send the product by UPS and i will give
them your mail address ;
2. They will send you a confirmation that i sent the
product , they will confirm you the delivery;
3. After you will recive the confirmation you will
send the money to the UPS people ;
4. The UPS people will send you the product to you and
you will have 2-3 days to chek the product;
5. If you like the product you will give the
confirmation to the UPS people so , they will send me
the money;
6. If you don't like it you can retire your money and
return my product;
7. The UPS people will send me the money only after
you will check the product to see if is OK.

If you are agree send me your name and address so
i can send you the product.

De mail is verzonden van een Yahoo adres.
Als je het mij vraagt ruikt dit ook naar bedrog.

Een familielid is zo een paar honder euro's kwijtgespeeld via PayPal, en zowel PayPal als Ebay hebben plotseling geen verantwoordelijkheid meer.
PayPal garandeert in zo'n geval dat ze tot een maximum van 150 euro terugbetalen. Maar dat laatste blijkt enkel te gelden als de PayPal account waar de het geld naar toe ging nog steeds open is...

Je kan binnen de 8 dagen nog de PayPal deal annuleren, maar de meeste fraudeurs zijn wel zo slim van in die tijd nog antwoord te geven.

Let gewoon op met Ebay, als je er niet persoonlijk kunt langs gaan om de spullen op te halen, blijf er dan af.

Als Ebay niet hun dienstverlening wat opkrikt denk ik dat ze nog harde slagen gaan krijgen. Het kost al genoeg om dingen aan te bieden op Ebay, en als ze dan nog es volledig hun handen er van af houden wanneer de spullen fout lopen... Een andere kennis is zijn account kwijtgespeeld tengevolge van fraude via mail (jaja ge moet er een idioot voor zijn om er in te trappen), maar hij is toch mooi z'n 40 stemmen kwijt, en Ebay doet er ook weer es niks aan.

Ik heb een jaartje geleden van "een zaak" een memory kaartje besteld via ebay. Betaling was via PayPal, centen vertrokken en geen kaartje afgekomen. Alle email's gaven een rebounce. Bij de tevredenheidstest van "die zaak" stond praktisch 99% behalve sinds diezelfde periode, waar het ene na het andere scheldwoord vertrok.
Ik heb dan uiteindelijk een klacht neergelegd bij PayPal en zei hebben, na een onderzoek, alles welliswaar in $ terug gestort. Door de val van de $ ben ik wel op de transactie een paar € verloren, maarja ik niet meer achter het onderste uit de kan gejaagd. Ik was al blij dat ik het grootste deel toch terug had.

sorry voor de ouwe post terug wakker te schudden , maar ik heb gisteren een mail teruggehad van iemand die via 2ehands website een redelijk goedkope camera wou verkopen. Hij mailde eerst dat hij in Londen woont. En ja, dan denk ik: waarom verkoop je die camera niet gewoon IN ENGELAND ?!

Dit is wat hij antwoordde toen ik zei van: stuur maar eerst camera, en dan betaal ik wel

The transactions will working like that:
I`ll go and put the camera in custody of UPS.They will check the information`s will verify everything (the camera and the documents).UPS will give me the shipping information`s(tracking number, receipt etc.) and I will give you the tracking number and a copy of the receipt from UPS to verify the camera and the details to see that is in UPS's custody for real before sending any money..For my security reasons You will make the payment to me (By Money Gram) and I will go and confirm the payment at UPS.After I will confirm the payment deposit ,UPS will start the camera delivery to your home address.You will receive the camera to your address ,the delivery will take 2 days maximum.
Since you've got the camera you have 3 days at your disposition to inspect it. If my camera is not like I said or something is not ok with my camera ,and you will not want it, you can refuse it and UPS will fully refund you the payment and the item will be shipped back to me, on my expense.
But this will not happen because I'm sure about my camera and by these reasons accept any test, you can do any test at my item.
In all these 3 days of inspection your payment will stay all time in UPS custody.
After these 3 days of inspection you will choice to remain with my camera , you will have to confirm this at the delivery agent so UPS will release the money to me.
If you agree these safes terms email me back with your full name, address, zip code and phone number and I will go and ship the camera to you.
I will start the procedure as soon as i will have these info.

Is toch niet echt geloofwaardig, of wel ?? Want ik ken niet echt veel van de werkwijze van UPS.

wat ik gisteren ook al in die belspel-thread zei: als het te mooi is om waar te zijn, dan is het dat meestal ook. Dus ik laat het mooi voorbijgaan. Kan ik het niet zelf ophalen voor 800 euro dan hoeft het alvast niet.

een telefoontje naar UPS (Begië) en je weet meteen of dit soort fratsen door hun gedaan wordt of niet, dan weet je meteen of er ergens wat loos is of kan zijn ...
