Looking for a location in Gent. Scruffy & Industrial

Hi all.
As the title says, I'm looking for a really nasty place. grafitti, burnt out cars, smoking sewers, alley cats.. the works. Preferably in or around Gent.
It's for a location shoot I'm trying to organise for sometime next week.
I thought it'd be easy to find such a place in the city. After all, it's the city... It looks like Gent isn't quite as bad as it used to be, lots of ugly places have been cleaned up.

So, any ideas welcome.
