Is zeker oplichting.
Als je een mailtje stuurt krijg je een reactie van iemand die zogezegd in Engeland woont en via een transportfirma waar je op voorhand aan moet betalen de goederen opstuurt ....

Zeker niet aan laten vangen want je 800 euro ben je sowieso kwijt ...

Onlang reageerde ik eens voor een D80 met 18-200 Vr en SB-600 voor 600€ op www.tweedehands.be. Het bleek een belg te zijn maar die woonde plots in italie en wou via een tussenpartij de betaling en verzending regelen. De betalingssite moneygram bleek volledig nagemaakt als de transportfirma DAS inclusief trackingnumber bleek fake te zijn. Ik heb een week goed met de voeten gespeeld van die "verkoper" . Maar zonder die achterdocht en wat eigenopzoekingen zullen mensen daar wel intuimelen.
gouden regel voor 2dehands, kapaza:
- vindt buitenlandse aanbiedingen verdacht op een belgische site (uitz ebay)
- werk nooit met thirdparties
-nooit betaling met moneygram of western union ( paypal werkt zeer goed met garantie via ebay)
- stel voldoende vragen over het object, als deze niet kloppen....
- vraag kopie aankoop factuur je scannen.

Nikon D200 met lens 900euro, nieuw! Zoekertje in Nederlands maar na mailtje sprak hij plots enkel nog Engels...
Dit was het typische oplichters antwoord:

ik ben vorig jaar zo opgelicht ....

ze hadden zelfs de site van DHL nagemaakt en ik moest betalen met Western Union ....

NOOIT doen!enkel paypal betalingen zijn safe!

nog een gouden tip: kijk naar de feedback en het aantal geslaagde verkopen.
Iemand die slecht één week geregistreerd is op kapaza en 0 geslaagde aankopen heeft , vertrouw ik niet.
terwijl iemand op ebay die reeds 2 jaar handel drijft, 15000 geslaagde aankopen en een positieve feedback van 99,8% vertrouw ik blindelings ook al is hij in china. Men zal nooit zijn feedback % risceren want op ebay is 3 maal negatief buiten.

Een collega heeft ook eens gereageerd op een aanbieding van capsers op kapaza voor een D80 body voor 350 €. we hebben die nagaan , chronopost antwoordde dat zij dit niet optreden als third party en dat hun naam frauduleus wordt gebruikt.
ons FCU (federaal crime unit) is een onderzoek gestart via de mails naar capers om te kunnen identificeren
